The 41st Annual Merrie Monarch Hula Festival, Hilo, Hawaii,
April 11-17, 2004.
This years festival was a great success and great fun!
I met many new people and visited with a lot of friends as
well. Mahalo nui loa to Auntie Dottie Thompson, Luana
Kawelu, Nelson Makua and Paula De Morales for
having me back again this year as a vendor. I treat your
invitation as a special privilege to be there with the
vendors at the Civic Center, and hope to be invited back for
many years to come. Congratulations to Nelson Makua and
Paula De Morales for running a successful and very pleasant
vending venue. This year I had all new lei hulu to
display and many new exotic pelts for the lei hulu makers. You
can still purchase pelts and feathers by contacting me through
the "Contact" page and I will be happy to assist you.
Mahalo to my new neighbors this year, Auntie Sandy and Auntie
Cindy for their kokua with little things that I needed help
with! I hope you enjoy some of the new pictures below and hope to be
